John Grisham tells good stories and they adapt well to the screen. John Cusack and Rachel Weisz both seem to have a knack for picking interesting projects. There are three reasons to see this movie about a court case where the widow of a victim of gun violence takes aim at the gun manufacturer and in which the jury is taken over by an outside party, also touched by gun violence. Here's the gravy...watching Gene Hackman and Dustin Hoffman square off. I was struck by the magic created by these two solid veterans of the industry going head-to-head.
